For years, we have been participating in fantasy football leagues. It’s so fun to scout out players and develop strategies with hopes that you get the number one draft pick. However, this year, we thought it would be fun to host a live fantasy football draft party instead of sitting behind a computer screen on draft night.
Val found a deal at Black Angus to host our 1st Annual Stadium Adventures draft party which included a draft board kit, free wi-fi and complementary appetizers. We found 12 players for our league and used a random list generator to determine the draft order.
It took a little more than two hours for everyone to draft their teams and I loved every minute of it. Who wouldn’t love a night with family, friends, good food, and football? Now I need to enter the results into Yahoo Sports so we can manage our teams and calculate standings.
